Return & Refund Policy – Laxmi Nature Wood
Open delivery is not provided, so kindly check the outer packaging thoroughly at the time of delivery.
If you find the packaging in a torn or damaged condition, please make a remark on the delivery receipt before accepting the goods — for example:
“Goods received with damaged packaging.”
1. Reporting Damage After Opening the Package
After opening the package, if you find that the product itself is damaged, please inform us and email clear pictures of the damaged product within 2–3 days of receipt.

2. Damage Evaluation & Resolution
Once we receive your request, we will assess the extent of the damage:
- Minor / Moderate Damage: We may guide you to get it fixed locally, and we will send the required material as well as bear the reasonable local carpenter cost.
- Major Damage: We will arrange for the product to be replaced or returned at our cost.
3. Packing Material
Please keep all original packing material safely until the issue is resolved. If a replacement is approved, you will need to use the same packaging to return the product.
In exceptional cases, if we are unable to provide a replacement, we reserve the right to issue a refund (after deducting 3% payment gateway charges) once we arrange the product pick-up.
4. Non-Returnable Products
All products are made to order, so returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective on delivery.
5. Order Cancellation
- Within 3 hours of placing the order: Cancellations are allowed. Refunds will be processed after deducting payment gateway processing fees (3.5% for EMI transactions, 2.5% for other payment methods).
- If purchased under No Cost EMI, the interest charged by the bank will also be deducted.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
